Are Lindstrom's products in compliance with Proposition 65 in California?

In accordance with California's Proposition 65, Lindstrom Equipment is stating that some products we are selling may expose you to chemicals that could pose a significant risk of cancer or birth defects or other reproductive harm at certain levels. How to Place an Order Online

Add items to your shopping cart by entering the quantity you need, then click "Add To Cart".
To check out, click the "View Cart & Checkout" button on the pop-up and then "Proceed to Checkout" on the right side of the page in the "Cart" section.
If you do not have an account, please select "Proceed as a Guest" or log in if you have an existing account.
Review your order and if everything is correct select "Continue Checkout". You may make modifications to the quantity of a product or remove a product from your shopping cart here.
Enter your "Ship To" information. Asterisks indicate a required field during checkout - be sure to fill them in so your order can be processed. Once you have entered all required information, your shipping method options will display on the right side of the page.
Select your shipping method. These prices are only estimates and are calculated based on shipping weights and dimensions. To proceed to the payment page click "Continue Checkout".
If your shipping address is not the same as your billing address, you will need to deselect the "Same As Shipping Info" box and enter in the correct billing address for the credit card being used. You will also need to enter your credit card information on this page. To review and submit your final order click "Continue Checkout". If your order is correct, you can select "Submit Order".

Why do I have to Request a Quote on Items?

Some of our products are too big or too heavy to ship. When you request a quote, we will have a representative contact you to discuss pricing and arrange shipping.

Shipping

Which location will ship my order?

Currently, online order are all shipped from the Menomonie location unless otherwise discussed. Special arrangements for pickup or equipment delivery can be made.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, but for international orders, please email your list to support@lindstromequipment.com or fill in parts request using this link https://www.lindstromequipment.com/parts-request/ and then we can work up a quote with freight charges. We will require payment by wire for these orders. Any taxes/duty/GST fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not know what fees various countries will impose for international shipments.

Are there exceptions to the shipping promotions?

While we are offering special deals on shipping (our standard pricing is 0-99 is $25, 100-299 is $30, 300-999 is $35, $1000 or more is free shipping), occasionally we will have to make an exception. Some orders once compiled, for example, will require LTL shipping/Hazard and/or other unforeseen shipping issues. Some heavy items we also have to add a per unit increase. What is a "WISHLIST"?

A "Wishlist" is an online storage portal for you to save products you want, or may need in the future. To move an item from your "Wishlist" to your shopping cart, all you need to do is log in to your account and select "Wishlist". From your "Wishlist" you can move items directly in to your shopping cart by clicking "Add To Cart".
