Our goal is that you are satisfied with your purchase and interaction with Lindstrom Equipment.
If there is a problem, however, we want to hear about it. You can always contact us about a return and we will work with you on a solution.
Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it can only be cancelled if the part is on backorder and not available to ship.
Returns: Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, in original packaging and in a new, unused state. Returns are subject to restocking fees. Please contact support@lindstromequipment.com to get a return authorization prior to returning a part. Special orders may not qualify for return.
